Nick is a Founding Director of Fife which opened for business in January 2010. In 2005 Nick moved into the finance industry after a decade of business management with international hotel chains both in Australia and overseas. Today Nick focuses in the overall strategy and management of Fife which now has now evolved into providing Conveyancing & Legal Services to partner with Financial Planning, Home Loans and General Insurance services. These offerings allow for Fife to offer a holistic advice model to their clients immediate to medium and long term goals. Also, Nick is a Licenced Financial Planner and continues to practice in this field.

Michael Slater, Dip FMBM, Dip FS FPDirector
Michael is a Founding Director of Fife which opened for business in January 2010. Michael has been a Home Loan Adviser since 2003. Michael’s friendly personality and commitment to customer service has seen him recognised individually and as one of Australian Finance Groups NSW / ACT top Home Loan Advisers. As a business Fife Home Loans was Australian Finance Group Best New business in 2011. In 2016 Fife Home Loans was a Finalist in the Australian Broking Awards for Best Region Office. Michael enjoys educating and mentoring the Fife Team and continuing to grow the business.
Joe Chalker, Dip Acc, Dip FMBMDirector of Home Loans
Joe started with Fife in January 2011 and learnt his trade as a loan processor under the Fife mortgage broking team. In 2016 he became a director of Fife and now heads up the home loan side of the business. Joe is born and raised in Goulburn and grew up in a motel where his family had run their business for over 40 years. This unique upbringing has given Joe the ability to communicate effectively and relate to all people from different walks of life. Joe and his lending team were nominated as finalists for the 2016 best regional mortgage broking office in Australia. This achievement is a testament not only to Fife Home Loans but to the business as a whole with its strong focus on customer service, compliance and being able to educate their clients in laymans terms.
Theresa FifeAccounts Manager
Theresa has been with Fife Financial Service since it’s inception. With a career that began in the healthcare industry as a nurse, Theresa has a solid foundation of dedication with an eye for detail. Outside the office Theresa devotes her time to family and community where she is involved in numerous community events and local committees.
Lisa WillisFinancial Planner
Lisa has been working in the financial industry, and for Fife financial Planning since March 2010. During this time Lisa has gained her Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning). Lisa specialises in retirement and investment planning and enjoys working closely with her clients with a focus on delivering a highly integrated and holistic wealth management service. Lisa enjoys helping her clients identify what their financial and lifestyle goals are and finding the path to reaching their goals.

Bridget HartPara Planner
Bridget joined Fife Financial Planning in February 2013 with 2 years previous experience in the banking industry. Her organisational skills and attention to detail helps to keep the planners and office running smoothly. Bridget enjoys supporting the financial planners and their clients through the process of planning for life’s big events.
Naomi DorsettAccount Manager General Insurance Broker
Naomi joined the Fife Insurance team in April 2015. Coming from a General Insurance background she has had over 5 years’ experience working within the industry. During this time she has obtained a number of qualifications including Teir One in Insurance Broking. Naomi enjoys helping Fife Clients with their General Insurance needs.
Lisa KofodHome Loan Adviser
Lisa transferred to the mortgage broking industry and started with Fife Home Loans in August 2016, after leaving her role as a Bank Manager. With 11 years in the banking industry under her belt, she has had extensive experience in the financial sector. During that time, she had completed her Certificate III in Financial Services and Tier 1 Accreditation in General superannuation, and recently completed a Diploma in Operations Management. Lisa is currently completing her Certificate IV in Financial Services and a Diploma in Mortgage Broking.
