Nick is a Founding Director of Fife which opened for business in January 2010. In 2005 Nick moved into the finance industry after a decade of business management with international hotel chains both in Australia and overseas. Today Nick focuses in the overall strategy and management of Fife which now has now evolved into providing Conveyancing & Legal Services to partner with Financial Planning, Home Loans and General Insurance services. These offerings allow for Fife to offer a holistic advice model to their clients immediate to medium and long term goals. Also, Nick is a Licenced Financial Planner and continues to practice in this field.

Michael Slater, Dip FMBM, Dip FS FPDirector
Michael is a Founding Director of Fife which opened for business in January 2010. Michael has been a Home Loan Adviser since 2003. Michael’s friendly personality and commitment to customer service has seen him recognised individually and as one of Australian Finance Groups NSW / ACT top Home Loan Advisers. As a business Fife Home Loans was Australian Finance Group Best New business in 2011. In 2016 Fife Home Loans was a Finalist in the Australian Broking Awards for Best Region Office. Michael enjoys educating and mentoring the Fife Team and continuing to grow the business.
Joe Chalker, Dip Acc, Dip FMBMDirector of Home Loans
Joe started with Fife in January 2011 and learnt his trade as a loan processor under the Fife mortgage broking team. In 2016 he became a director of Fife and now heads up the home loan side of the business. Joe is born and raised in Goulburn and grew up in a motel where his family had run their business for over 40 years. This unique upbringing has given Joe the ability to communicate effectively and relate to all people from different walks of life. Joe and his lending team were nominated as finalists for the 2016 best regional mortgage broking office in Australia. This achievement is a testament not only to Fife Home Loans but to the business as a whole with its strong focus on customer service, compliance and being able to educate their clients in laymans terms.
Andrew Gadd, BEC, Dip Law (LPAB)Director and Principal Solicitor of Fife Legal
Andrew joined the Fife Legal Team as the director and principal in July 2016. He moved to the area in 2012 from Sydney after completing his Bachelor of Economics with Macquarie University, his Diploma in Law with the Legal Profession Admissions Board at the University of Sydney and his Gradate Diploma of Legal Practice. Andrew was admitted to practice in 2010. With a thorough and diligent approach to the law, he has specialised in areas of law, including Commercial Law, Family Law, Conveyancing, Wills and Estate Planning. Andrew’s clear understanding of legal matters assists his clients to feel involved at each step and to understand the otherwise murky world of the law.
Theresa FifeAccounts Manager
Theresa has been with Fife Financial Service since it’s inception. With a career that began in the healthcare industry as a nurse, Theresa has a solid foundation of dedication with an eye for detail. Outside the office Theresa devotes her time to family and community where she is involved in numerous community events and local committees.
Lisa WillisFinancial Planner
Lisa has been working in the financial industry, and for Fife financial Planning since March 2010. During this time Lisa has gained her Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning). Lisa specialises in retirement and investment planning and enjoys working closely with her clients with a focus on delivering a highly integrated and holistic wealth management service. Lisa enjoys helping her clients identify what their financial and lifestyle goals are and finding the path to reaching their goals.

Bridget joined Fife Financial Planning in February 2013 with 2 years previous experience in the banking industry. Her organisational skills and attention to detail helps to keep the planners and office running smoothly. Bridget enjoys supporting the financial planners and their clients through the process of planning for life’s big events.
Naomi DorsettAccount Manager General Insurance Broker
Naomi joined the Fife Insurance team in April 2015. Coming from a General Insurance background she has had over 5 years’ experience working within the industry. During this time she has obtained a number of qualifications including Teir One in Insurance Broking. Naomi enjoys helping Fife Clients with their General Insurance needs.
Sonia GerhardtLicenced Conveyancer
Sonia has extensive conveyancing experience having worked in the industry since 2007 and alongside Dianne since 2010. Sonia is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (New South Wales Division) and is also a Justice of the Peace. She is organised, approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. She always has the best interests of her clients at heart and goes above and beyond to ensure that your dealings with STC are pleasant and memorable.
Robyn ConfoySTC Office Manager
Goulburn born and bred, Robyn has worked in the legal/conveyancing fields for 28 years. She is probably the first face you see or the first voice you hear. The stresses that can accompany buying and selling something so meaningful as your home are well known to Robyn and she will always help you find the right answer.
Cherie RomerSettlements Clerk
Cherie joined Southern Tablelands Conveyancing in 2016 taking on the role as our Settlements Clerk. Cherie has over 10 years of experience working in various legal firms including criminal law, litigation and probate. Cherie has strong organisational skills, a high level of enthusiasm, flexible attitude which enables her to meet tight deadlines while multitasking. Cherie enjoys her role and finds it deeply rewarding.
Lorin YalgLaw Clerk
Lorin began working with us in 2016 assisting with all aspects of the conveyancing process. She graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2014 with a double degree in Law and Commerce. Lorin enjoys working with clients and guiding them throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring that the transaction is as smooth as possible. She finds it extremely rewarding that she is helping clients at one of the most exciting times of their lives.
Mandi SmithLegal Assistant
Mandi joined Fife Legal in August 2016 with 18 years’ previous experience in the conveyancing and legal industry. Mandi is born and bred in Crookwell and continues to reside there with her husband and 2 young children. Her solid background in the area has equipped her with strong organisational skills and an exceptional knowledge of the law, both of which ensure a smoothly run legal office.
Lisa KofodHome Loan Adviser
Lisa transferred to the mortgage broking industry and started with Fife Home Loans in August 2016, after leaving her role as a Bank Manager. With 11 years in the banking industry under her belt, she has had extensive experience in the financial sector. During that time, she had completed her Certificate III in Financial Services and Tier 1 Accreditation in General superannuation, and recently completed a Diploma in Operations Management. Lisa is currently completing her Certificate IV in Financial Services and a Diploma in Mortgage Broking.
Rhys RowlandsLaw Clerk
Rhys began working with Fife in 2016. He graduated from the University of Wollongong with a double degree in Law (Honours) and Science (Psychology). Rhys grew up in Goulburn and has strong connections in the area. He enjoys assisting those who live here and in the surrounds with his attention to detail and enthusiasm. With over thirteen years in the service industry, he is well adapted to anticipating and meeting the needs of clients.
